The acetic acid content can pull dye from the label. 6300 will not pull dye from the label because there is NO acid in the finish. Sensitive dyes that would normally darken when finished are lessened with the use of 6300. It leaves a firm “hand” and once cured it is insoluble in water, resistant to acids and alkali, bleaching agents, and won’t discolor or crack under UV light. Compro 6300 can increase a yarns wash rating of 2A to a rating of plus 5. Machine speed can be increased as it cures at 175, rather than 225 Degrees F. Unlike other emulsions, this specialty acrylate will not crack under the elements.
